- "product" is an id from step 1. "payment" is "now" (UPI / card link) or "later" (the shop sends the details).
- Without a key, or when the buyer chose "ask me every time": the answer has status "confirm_needed" and a
  confirm_url. Give that link to the buyer — they check the order and place it themselves (valid 3 days).
- With the buyer's key and "let my AI place orders" turned on: status "placed", the order number, and pay_url when
  paying now. Customer and address may be left out — the buyer's saved ones are used.
- status "not_valid" lists what to fix (unknown product, size or colour not in stock) — fix it and send again.
