Returns & refunds

• Returns: you can ask to return an item within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first (see Contact).
• Custom-printed T-shirts (your own design, logo or name) are made only for you, so they cannot be returned — except when the size we sent does not match the size you ordered.
• Refunds go back to the same way you paid (the same UPI, card or bank account), within 7 days after we approve the return.
• Cancelling: to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Money paid online for a cancelled order is refunded the same way, within 7 days.

Shipping & delivery

• Free delivery on orders of ₹1,500 or more. Below that, the delivery charge is shown in your bag before you place the order.
• Delivery time: up to 2 weeks, depending on your location. Local deliveries usually arrive in about 5 days.
• We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp or phone, and you can follow its status under My orders.

Privacy policy

What we collect, and why:

• Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address — to take, deliver and support your order.
• Your login (Google, email or phone, through Google Firebase) — so your bag, addresses and orders follow you to every device.
• Your orders — the items, amounts and status, for delivery and for the shop's accounts.
• Designs you make with "Design yours" — the words you give; a concept picture is only read to describe it, not kept.
• Photos and logos you upload for printing — kept with your account so we can print them.

Your designs and uploaded pictures are stored by Cloudflare (encrypted). Only the shop's owners can open the full, unwatermarked file; the preview you see carries our watermark and opens only with its link. They are deleted automatically 6 months after you make or upload them.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to us — we only see whether the payment succeeded.

On your phone: the website saves your bag and addresses in your browser so they are there next time. We do not use advertising trackers.

Who sees your data: only the shop's owners, and the services that run the shop for us (Google Firebase for login and data, Razorpay for payments, Cloudflare for the design maker, WhatsApp when you message us). We never sell your data.

Your choices: you can change or delete your saved addresses in My account, and delete your whole account at any time (see below).

Terms of use

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices and stock can change; the price in your bag when you order is the price you pay.
• An order is final once we confirm it with you. If an item is no longer available, we tell you and refund anything you paid.
• Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real fabric.
• For custom prints, you confirm that you are allowed to use the words, logos and pictures you send us. We may refuse designs that are offensive or copy someone else's brand.
• These terms follow the laws of India.

Delete your account

Open srirangaenterprises.store/delete-account, login, and tap Delete my account.

• We delete your login, saved bag and addresses, AI designs, uploaded photos and logos, and AI ordering key 45 days after you ask.
• Changed your mind? Login before then and tap Keep my account.
• You can't delete your account while an order is still open (not yet delivered or cancelled).
• Orders you already placed stay with the shop for its accounts. To have those removed too, contact us (below).
